Thanks for Coming!
Jay Mullens grew up near Knoxville, Tennessee in a town named Farragut. While the vast majority of his childhood was spent halfheartedly trying to play sports he'd never love and video games in the dark of his parents basement, he finally came to discover a true love in the art of theatre. Starting out as a lightboard op and lighting technician in high school, he quickly picked up performance, directing, and some carpentry.
Now Jay has received a B.S. in Theatre from Middle Tennessee State University where he performed in many shows, served as a staff scenic carpenter, and has dabbled in many things including directing, technical direction, stage management, production management, scenic design, and much more.
Jay also served as the president of his university's chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, and was a founding member of a Student Success Series sponsored by APO.
